Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our website content, logos, trademarks, and proprietary software remain the exclusive property of TechAnusiya Technologies. Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed-upon rights to deliverables as specified in their service agreement. We retain the right to use generic, non-confidential elements of our work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements and proposals. Generally, projects require an upfront deposit before work commences, with remaining payments due upon milestone completion or project delivery. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.

Warranty and Disclaimer

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. We provide a warranty period for bug fixes and technical issues as specified in individual service agreements. However, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your specific requirements. Our website and services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechAnusiya Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or this agreement. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh, India. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
